2004 Warped Tour - the 10th Anniversary
Billy Talent
L-R: with  Billy Talent drummer Aaron, the band playing on stage.

Thank you Aaron you were very helpful and gave me insight into the music business, touring, and drumming.
Brazil
The guys of Brazil were loyal to visiting the Monster Tent often and on the last day of the tour they presented/surprised me with a homemade badge which said "Hardest to get to know, but Awesome". You can see I am wearing it in the picture.
I caught them playing one late night on the tour and liked their sound and tried to see them when I could.
It turns out their label's rep Matt was a bunkmate of mine on Bus 11.
Coheed and Cambria
left:  on stage performing (one of the headlining bands) in Florida.

right:  Claudio, the group's singer (who sounds like Geddy Lee of Rush) is shopping, while many adoring fans pass him by.  I guess you have to be on stage for people to recognize you, man...and this happened all the time to him, don't figure.
The Fuck-ups (aka F-ups)
Some of the Monster VIP Happy Hour regulars as well as their tour manager Sam who threw a party in the Monster tent one night catered by his parents via their catering company.
Their hand made/spray canned  t-shirts (made by Sam) were one of the biggest hits of the tour.  In Cleveland (L) ,  in Minnesota (R)
The International Noise Conspiracy
When I first saw these guys in dangling chad country (Florida), it was love at first sound check...and they are Swedish, too!!!
Flogging Molly
I still can't get over the fact that this Dave King is the same singer that fronted Fastway in the early 1980s.

What a change from having Fast Eddie Clark of Motorhead as your guitarist and Jerry Shirley of Humble Pie as your drummer, to this Celtic Music thing...but it works for me!!

One of the best live acts on the tour-- they are right on.  But, on CD they sound a bit flat.
Von Stone
This has got to be one of my favorite groups of the tour (pictured in Ventura, CA) -- they are after a Metal Head girl's heart...in fact, their schlockiness was the turn-on.
Their live show had many giveaways and a Howard Cosell-looking reporter recording the decibels.  They are the loudest band in the world, of course...well, according to the "Guiness Book of World Records" they claim anyway.  Party-on, Garth!!
